The Power of WE

In the 19th century, the Industrial Revolution transformed every aspect of life. Engineers, as the highest-paid professionals, often held the reins of power within companies and factories.

Their technical expertise granted them authority, allowing them to lead and manage entire organizations.

Leadership was also tied to wealth or social status, with influential figures known as «The Boss» commanding respect based on their financial or societal standing.

Today, we are witnessing a profound shift. No longer defined by industry, we now find ourselves in the Information Age.

Information is characterized by three critical traits: speed, volatility, and high stakes.

In this era, the world revolves around data, and as a result, we frequently refer to the modern environment as a VUCA world—one that is volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous.

We need Collective Leadership.
We need the Power of We.
